LMSpedasi was established in 2005 with the goal of providing a comprehensive set of services to assist individuals with the purchase and development of property in Pedasi, Panama.
In 2004, Robert and Isabelle Shahverdians set out to discover paradise and a world far away from the stressful, crowded, chaotic streets of their former home, Los Angeles, California, USA. After leaving the United States, Robert and Isabelle spent their first year living in Costa Rica and traveling throughout Central America. Eventually, through the help of other well-traveled paradise seekers, they settled in the sometimes quiet, sometimes festive, always friendly, southern Panamanian town of Pedasi in Los Santos Province.
Settling in Pedasi became the beginning of an unanticipated journey of support and assistance to others. Robert and Isabelle, both being fluent in Spanish, English, French and several other languages, fit well into the honest, hardworking Pedasi community. Robert's outgoing personality attracts the attention of many of the visitors to Pedasi and is often asked to perform the duties of translator, tour guide, construction supervisor, and consultant for many others interested in settling in Pedasi. Isabelle is often asked to use her natural talent with numbers and administration to help navigate the sometimes difficult legal and governmental obstacles in Panama. Using their combined talents and with the assistance of trusted legal advisors, they have successfully purchased their own land as well as assisted in the purchase and development of land for other individuals and corporations.
